For your winter holidays in the mountains, we will be delighted to welcome you, with family, friends, couples ... In our Maison Du Clos Rosset, a unique rental full of charm, recently completely renovated in order to offer you a great comfort, with a wood and stone interior for a warm atmosphere, on 2 floors.
The house is located in the heart of our village of Samoens in a quiet location. You are about 50m walk from all shops, activities, entertainment and the ski bus which is regular (every 10 min approximately) and free. In 2 minutes you are at the main gondola (Grand Massif Express) to get to the Grand Massif ski area.
It also has the advantage of having behind it a private field which turns into a giant toboggan run and playground in winter, enough to keep children and adults busy.

To sum up, we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
We can accommodate up to 13 people, with a baby, or we can provide a cot and a high chair.
We rent only weekly for the duration of the school holiday periods from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes the tourist tax, the supply of bed and bath linen.
The rental must be returned in perfect cleanliness, a deposit of 150 € will be requested at the same time as the deposit.
As well as a deposit of 800 € will also be requested at the same time as the deposit and returned on your departure if no loss, damage or default is noted.
We will be happy to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, so that you have a wonderful stay with us.

Summary: This was a ski holiday for a group of age 50+ friends. The accommodation is perfect with all the features you would expect. The location is 100m/2 min walk from the centre with all bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Jenny, the host, could not have been more helpful and made us feel most welcome. We intend to return to this beautiful place next year. Thank you.
